Due to the handcrafted nature of our pipe cleaner flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. Our creations are designed to be long-lasting, and we cannot ensure proper care once delivered.

We will accept returns or process refunds if:

The wrong product or size is delivered.
Minor variations, such as slight differences in design or packaging, do not qualify for returns.

1. Refund Policy


We do not offer refunds for personal preference (e.g., changing your mind). Due to the labor involved in creating and shipping our flowers, please make selections carefully.
Refunds are not available once your order has been processed. 

 

2. Order Cancellations


Cancellations or rescheduling must be confirmed by speaking with our team within 24 hours of ordering. A $20 service charge will apply for cancellations. No cancellations or refunds are available after this time.

 

3. Substitutions


Due to availability, we may substitute items, but we guarantee equal or greater value, ensuring the beauty of your arrangement.
